The Local Borough Associations are the first point of contact between members and the party, and the primary forum for members to participate in the party. The activities of the Local Borough Association are coordinated by a local council, who are elected by the party members of the borough at an annual general meeting.
The Executive Council is the main decision-making body of the party. Its members administer the affairs of the party, ensure the implementation of decisions made by the Executive Council and ensure that the governance rules of the party are respected by employees, elected officials and activists. The local borough associations are represented on the Governing Council.
Project Montréal has a dedicated team of permanent employees who are responsible for the activities, the day-to-day organization of the party and the providing of services to its members.
